1000 Voices on Climate

Everyone comes to the science of climate change with a different perspective. One would hope that the common ground is our common humanity on Earth.

As noted by Mooney et al, students who take Climate and Climate Change (AOS 102) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison are “tasked to create an ‘elevator speech’ for the last week of class, imagining they’re on an elevator and someone asks, ‘what do you think about climate change?’

Project Guidelines
Our goal is to collect the voices of 1000+ teenagers and adults on video in response to one of the two prompts:
  • What is your viewpoint on climate change?  Optimism?  Negativity?  Neutral?
  • What have you down to reduce your carbon footprint?

We will be posting responses regularly on our Instagram page.
If you are interested in participating, please email us.
